Dynamic Mine Sales provides marketing, buyer-introduction, document management, and process-coordination services only. We do not provide legal, financial, geological, environmental, or technical certification.
The seller warrants that all information, documentation, and representations provided are accurate, complete, and lawful.
The seller is responsible for verifying the mine’s legal standing, including MPRDA rights, environmental compliance, Social and Labour Plan status, and any conditions attached to licences or permits.
The seller must disclose all material risks or liabilities related to the asset.
All sensitive information will be released only after prospective buyers sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Dynamic Mine Sales is not responsible for breaches committed by third parties who have signed NDAs.
Dynamic Mine Sales markets the opportunity solely to vetted investors.
Marketing materials, prospectuses, and data packs are developed using information provided directly by the seller.
We reserve the right to decline marketing opportunities that do not meet compliance or ethical criteria.
Dynamic Mine Sales facilitates communication of offers but does not guarantee the receipt of offers or completion of a sale.
All negotiations, legal reviews, and contractual agreements remain the responsibility of the buyer and seller and must be handled by qualified professionals.
The seller is fully responsible for ensuring that all regulatory obligations under the MPRDA, NEMA, and any other applicable South African legislation are met.
Dynamic Mine Sales does not submit regulatory applications or perform compliance verification.
Fees are payable according to the agreed mandate.
Commission or service fees are due on successful transaction conclusion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The seller indemnifies Dynamic Mine Sales against any losses, claims, or liabilities arising from inaccurate information supplied or non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mandates may be terminated in writing, subject to agreed notice periods and any liability for fees related to buyers already introduced.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
